Grupo Alves Bandeira has always been by the side of the motorcycling community, supporting various events throughout the year that celebrate the passion for motorcycles in Portugal. Among them, special mention goes to the long-standing support for the Góis Rally, one of the largest gatherings in the country, where the 100% Portuguese group has been present since its very first edition.

In a particularly challenging year for the municipality of Góis, marked by the wildfires that forced the premature cancellation of the 31st edition, Grupo Alves Bandeira did not hesitate to reinforce its commitment to motorcycle enthusiasts, joining the organisation of the 1st Buarcos – Figueira da Foz Rally. Over three days, thousands of participants filled the city with fellowship, music and celebration, in an event that culminated with the traditional Helmet Blessing.

With its own activation space, Grupo Alves Bandeira created moments of entertainment and closeness with the public, offering giveaways, experiences and many surprises to all visitors, strengthening the relationship of trust and affinity it has maintained with this community for decades.

"Figueira da Foz is a municipality of enormous importance to Grupo Alves Bandeira, where we have five service stations and are actively present throughout the year, directly supporting several associations and local events. Being alongside the first Buarcos motorcycling rally was therefore natural for us: it is part of our DNA to support the community and to always be close to our customers,” said Pedro Mascarenhas, Marketing Director of Grupo Alves Bandeira.

With this participation, the Group, which this year celebrates its 50th anniversary, strengthens its historic connection to the motorcycling world and reaffirms its commitment to being close to communities, supporting initiatives that promote fellowship, sharing and a passion for motorcycling.
