Grupo Alves Bandeira holds Sales and Cross-Selling event with commercial teams
2025-03-11Grupo Alves Bandeira brought together, in a single day of work, all the commercial teams from its various business units for another edition of the "Sales & Cross-Selling” event. This initiative, held as part of the Group’s internal Cross-Selling program, aimed to foster knowledge sharing between the Group’s companies and strengthen existing commercial synergies.
Throughout the day, participants attended a series of workshops led by the Group’s Board of Directors and Business Unit Leaders, where they were presented with key results, new developments, critical success factors, and strategic challenges for the coming years. The sessions followed a practical and interactive approach, allowing teams to gain a deeper understanding of each product and service’s competitive advantages, as well as identify concrete opportunities for collaboration and cross-selling.
This event represents a key moment in the Group’s commercial dynamic, bringing together teams representing distinct businesses – from fuels, lubricants, and tires, to electricity, gas, and electric mobility. Through this sharing of knowledge, the Group aims to align goals, reinforce the complementarity of its offering, and promote a more integrated market approach.
At the end of the day, the event concluded with the traditional recognition moment, awarding the employees who stood out the most throughout the past year for their dedication, proactivity, and outstanding performance across the various award categories.
