At the end of June, Grupo Alves Bandeira once again brought together its employees for the GAB Summit, one of the organisation’s main annual gatherings.

Held at the organisation’s headquarters in Mealhada, the event brought together more than 400 employees for a day dedicated to presenting the strategic vision for the coming years, strengthening relationships between teams and celebrating a history built over more than five decades.

Inspired by traditional Portuguese summer festivities, the programme included traditional and fairground games, raffles, live music and a selection of typically Portuguese food. In an informal and relaxed atmosphere, employees from different companies, business areas and regions of the country had the opportunity to connect, strengthen relationships and celebrate the journey they have shared.

Year after year, the GAB Summit has established itself as an important occasion for bringing teams closer together, encouraging the exchange of ideas and consolidating an organisational culture founded on trust, commitment and teamwork.
