Bandeira is once again joining the Góis Motorcycle Rally as an Official
Sponsor. One of Europe’s most iconic motorcycle gatherings, the event returns
from 13 to 16 August, bringing together thousands of participants from Portugal
and abroad.
A
long-standing partner since the very first edition, Alves Bandeira is once
again reinforcing its commitment to the motorcycling community by supporting an
event that attracts more than 20,000 participants from several European
countries every year.
Alves
Bandeira’s connection to Góis is an important part of the company’s history. It
was in this town, in 1958, that the brand opened its first service station,
marking the beginning of the growth journey of what is now one of Portugal’s
leading business groups. More than six decades later, this relationship remains
strong through the support of initiatives that promote the local community,
contribute to the region’s development and strengthen the brand’s proximity to
people.
"At Alves
Bandeira, we aim to maintain a close relationship with the communities we
engage with every day. Whether through our presence and activations at major or
local events, the development of campaigns and competitions, or the benefits
offered through the Pontos AB loyalty programme, we are always looking to
create experiences that bring us closer to our customers. The Góis Motorcycle
Rally is a clear example of this commitment. It is an event that forms part of
both the brand’s history and that of the motorcycling community. We are
therefore delighted to support it once again, with a range of activations
designed to make the experience even more engaging and memorable,” says Pedro
Mascarenhas, Marketing Director of Grupo Alves Bandeira.
For the
33rd edition, the brand will run several competitions across its social media
channels, offering pairs of tickets to the Góis Motorcycle Rally. These
initiatives will take place both directly through the brand’s platforms and in
partnership with ambassadors connected to the world of motorcycling, giving
followers the opportunity to experience one of Europe’s largest motorcycle
events first-hand.
Throughout
the four-day event, Alves Bandeira will also follow the experience closely
through real-time digital coverage, sharing some of the rally’s most memorable
moments, stories from the motorcycling community, interviews, highlights from
the venue and exclusive content across its digital platforms.
By renewing
its support for the Góis Motorcycle Rally, Alves Bandeira reaffirms a
relationship that is deeply rooted in its own history: with the town where its
journey began and with an event that, year after year, brings together
thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts around the shared values of community,
friendship and a passion for two wheels.
