Alves Bandeira has reinforced its commitment to motorsport by once again sponsoring the Portuguese Grand Prix of the Motocross World Championship – MXGP 2025, held at the iconic international track in Águeda.

Over the course of two days of competition, the MXGP of Portugal welcomed more than 25,000 visitors, both national and international fans, solidifying its position as one of the most prominent events in Portugal's motorsport calendar.

Despite adverse weather conditions, which turned the track into a true test of mud and endurance, the riders showcased their talent on the demanding circuit. In the MXGP category, Belgian rider Lucas Coenen dominated by winning both races and securing the overall victory with 50 points, followed by Romain Febvre and Rubén Fernández. In the MX2 category, Italian rider Andrea Adamo stood out by claiming victory in both races, earning the top spot on the podium, with Kay de Wolf and Simon Längenfelder completing the top 3.

Through this sponsorship, the 100% Portuguese brand strengthens its ties to both sports and local presence, aiming to boost brand awareness by promoting unique experiences for the Portuguese public.

"Being present once again at an event of this scale is, for us, a way to celebrate the Group’s 50th anniversary with enthusiasm, emotion, and a deep commitment to our audiences. Supporting a world-class event in the central region of the country, where we have a strong presence, is an excellent opportunity to reinforce the communication of our brand,” says Pedro Mascarenhas, Marketing Director of the Alves Bandeira Group.
